Does it make noise?
It’s designed to be very quiet—similar to a whisper—so your home stays calm and your cat feels comfortable.
Is it safe for my cat?
Yes. It uses entry/exit sensors to pause the cleaning cycle whenever a cat is detected. The unit will not run while your cat is inside.
Does it work for large cats?
It fits most adult cats, including larger breeds. If you’re unsure, measure your cat’s size and compare with the product dimensions on the product page.
What happens if it arrives defective?
If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll help you with a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
How often do I need to empty it?
Frequency depends on your cat(s) and usage. For most homes, emptying the waste drawer every few days to about once a week works well.
Is it difficult to set up?
No. Setup is straightforward: unbox, assemble, add clumping litter, connect power, and follow the quick-start guide (pair the app if you choose to use it).
What type of litter should I use?
Use clumping, low-dust litter for best results. Avoid non-clumping, crystal, wood-pellet, or silica gel litters.
Can multiple cats use it?
Yes. It’s suitable for multi-cat households. You may need to empty the drawer more often with multiple cats.
